ESQ. RALPH J. ANDREWS
Ralph J. Andrews has a BBA in Business Management from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. He then continued at Hofstra’s Law School where he earned a JD in Law in 2003. He has been working in the real estate industry since the late 1990s while in college and has since done thousands of closings where he has picked up valuable experience in not only the law and procedures themselves but also in learning how to deal with the complex personalities of clients and lenders. He prides himself on patience, professionalism, and integrity and that is what distinguishes him from others in his field.
Stephen S. Leung, Esq. earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany in 1999. He then worked for several years on Wall Street working for Lebenthal, Citicorp Investment Services, and The American Stock Exchange before deciding to go to law school. In 2006, Mr. Leung received his degree of Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law.
Mr. Leung is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. Before joining and creating the Law Offices of Andrews and Leung, he had worked at law firms based in Woodbridge, NJ, New York, NY and Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Leung is well experienced in residential real estate transactions that include homes, condominiums and coops and as well as commercial real estate transactions.
